Developed in 2010, Lucas Park Dog Park is a group of responsible dog owners and volunteers committed to building community and providing a safe, off-leash green space for dogs to play in downtown St. Louis.
In 2015, the park underwent major renovations, courtesy of Purina.
To join
Please review the dog park rules and requirements for membership:
- Complete the online membership application
- Pay annual membership fee of $80 plus $40 for additional dog
- Get the gate code and membership tag
- Enjoy the park!

A few things about our cleaning days
Join us every 2nd Friday of the month, from March to October, for the Lucas Dog Park Cleanup, held from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Help keep the park clean and welcoming for everyone—pets and people alike!

Come celebrate the season at the Lucas Park Dog Park Holiday Member Meetup – rock your festive outfits or ugly sweaters, and get ready to capture the memories. Let’s make it a night to remember! 🎉
